About Us
What We Do

The Medford Police Association is a non-profit organization designed to give back to the community
the Medford Police Department serves through time, money and effort.

The MPA is fully funded by its members through monthly dues.  First and foremost, MPA members
can expect their monies to go to various needy programs throughout the city of Medford.

The MPA also has the opportunity to provide three social events for its members and the
employees of MPD.  These three events are currently the Medford Police Awards Banquet, the Adult
Christmas Party and the Children's Christmas Party.

The MPA is represented by nine board members who try to represent all members of the MPA on
where our monies should go.  Each matter is voted upon by all members with the majority deciding
the outcome.

The MPA purchases firearms and badges for all retired sworn employees.  The MPA sends flowers
and cards to MPA members who experience a death in the family.  The MPA works to make a
difference in the lives of those who work for the Medford Police Department and live in the
surrounding community.
